Rishav has over two decades of strategy and operations experience at some of the largest technology, financial, and human capital management companies. In leadership roles spanning technology and business growth, Rishav has led the evaluation and integration of technology-based business solutions acquired through joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Prior to his focus in investment and M&A-related activities within the technology industry, Rishav spent a few years with PeopleSoft (now Oracle), helping the company design and develop an award-winning HRMS software solution. He received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Ohio State University.
Ted Power is the Chief Customer Officer at Thirty30. As a recognized thought leader and trusted adviser, Ted also provides insightful counsel to a variety of organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Sanofi-Aventis, Johnson & Johnson, Panasonic, and the U.S. Military (Army Rangers).
With over 15 years of leadership and consulting experience in Talent Management/Organizational Development, Ted has led large-scale global initiatives, including the development and implementation of enterprise-wide competency systems that require the engagement of broad stakeholder groups to ensure optimal organizational adoption.
Ted’s expertise includes behavioral assessment application and interpretation, leadership and team development, organizational analyses and assessment, competency model development and deployment, executive coaching, and sales force effectiveness programs.
Ted graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to joining Thirty30 in 1996, he worked as a Sales and Marketing professional in the Human Resource Consulting and Retail industries
Chris Williams is the Chief Information Security Officer at Thirty30. Chris provides security leadership in identifying threats, creating strategic security plans and ensuring compliance with security obligations.
Chris has extensive experience across Information Security, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance. Pursuing practical and creative approaches that align security objectives and business priorities to deliver optimal results.
With over 15 years of experience in Information Security, Chris is recognized as a Trusted Advisor and Security Officer to SaaS Providers.
Chris has spent the last 13 years working for and providing Security leadership to SaaS providers as a hands-on security officer.
Chris holds a number of industry leading, security certifications and is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA).
